The LAUFMAUS® is an ergonomically shaped, ultra-lightweight grip element made of special plastic that runners/walkers hold in both hands.

THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Due to the special design of the LAUFMAUS, the position reflexes in the brain necessary to trigger an extended body position are initiated by the smallest stimuli and signals in the palms of the hands. Only the LAUFMAUS brings the hands into special forward position: The thumb points forward & upwards, the index finger is stretched and the outer palm is turned slightly outwards.
